HO, #8, Crvd Turnout Kit 70 Rail, 24/20, c/w Rail

This kit includes enough rail to build 5 complete switches. If you do not need rail you can order the same kit without rail. Note that the rail is cut into 18 inch (46 cm) lengths to reduce shipping costs.

Default Turnout Length	14.7" (373 mm)	This is the length of the turnout on the QuickSticks. Measured from end tie to end tie.

Minimum Turnout Length	11.2" (284 mm)	This is the shortest possible turnout length. Measured from the end PC board tie to end PC board tie.

Diverging Route Angle	7.13 (Decimal) 7° / 7' / 48" (D/M/S) 1:8 (Ratio)	Decimal - The frog angle in decimal degrees. D/M/S - The frog angle in Degrees / Minutes / Seconds Ratio - The frog angle expressed as a ratio.

Outside Radius	24R	The radius of the outside route of a curved turnout.

Inside Radius	20R	The approximate radius of the inside route of a curved turnout.

Diverging Route Radius	NA	The minimum radius in a straight turnout.

Tie Spacing (Prototype)	20" (508 mm)	The distance between each tie.

Tie Size (Model)	L - 1.17" (29.7 mm) W - 0.1" (2.6 mm) H - 0.08" (2 mm)	The actual size of the tie.

Tie Size (Prototype)	L - 8.5' (2591 mm) W - 9" (229 mm) H - 7" (178 mm)	The original tie size that the model was based on.

Secondary Frog Angle	NA	The second frog angle for any switch that has two frogs. (Slip switches, 3-ways, dual gauge switches, etc)

Track Gauge	0.66" (16.8 mm)	The distance between the stock rails.

Track Spacing	NA	The center to center distance of the parallel track. (Only applies to double crossovers)

Substitution Radius	NA	The approximate radius that a straight turnout can be inserted into.
