| How do I calculate the cost to ship my order? |
To determine how much it will cost to ship your order, simply add the items that you want to order to the cart. If you have an account with us and are logged in, shipping options and costs will be automatically provided. If you do not have an account with us yet, just enter your country, state/province and postal/zip code, and the cart will provide a complete list of shipping options and costs.
Shipping options and costs are automatically calculated by UPS and Canada Post based on the size of your order and your shipping destination. |
| Can I pick up my order to save on the shipping cost? |
| Absolutely! All Fast Tracks products are shipped from Brantford, Ontario, Canada. So if you live in Southwestern Ontario, or will be in the Brantford area, then you can arrange to pick up your order. To arrange for order pick up, select the Pick Up option on the Shipping Options page. We will email you details about where to pick up your order. |
| How do I order online & pay by check? |
To pay for your order by check, select the items that you wish to order and add them to your cart. Click on the Go To Checkout button on the cart page to select how you want your order shipped and to continue the check-out process. On the Payment Options page you will be provided with a number of payment options. Select Check and then click on the Continue Checkout button. Follow the instructions and print out your order details and then mail your check and the order information to the address provided.
Note that check and money order payments must be in US funds, drawn on a North American bank and negotiable internationally. We cannot accept money orders that are only negotiable in the US.

| We accept Visa and MasterCard. You can also pay for your order using your PayPal account. Sorry, we currently do not accept American Express. |
| If I pay with a credit card, when will my credit card be billed? |
| We only bill your credit card after we have shipped some or all of your order. The charge will show up on your credit card as Quadica Developments Inc. |
| Can I fax you my credit card information? |
| Yes. To fax your credit card information to us, start by select the items that you wish to order and add them to the cart. Click on the Go To Checkout button on the cart page to select how you want your order shipped and to continue with the check-out process. On the Payment Options page you will be provided with a number of payment methods. Select Fax Your Credit Card Details and then click on the Continue Checkout button. Print out your order details and enter your credit card information and then fax the printed page to the fax number provided on the page. |
| Can I mail you my credit card information? |
| Yes. To pay for your order by mailing your credit card details to us start by selecting the items that you wish to order and add them to your cart. On the Payment Options page you will be provided with a number of payment methods. Select Fax Your Credit Card Details and then click on the Continue Checkout button. Print out your order details and enter your credit card information and then mail the printed page to the address provided on the order receipt. |
| Can I pay for my order with a wire transfer? |
| Yes. To pay for your order by wiring your payment directly to our account start by selecting the items that you wish to order and add them to your cart. Click on the Go To Checkout button on the cart page to select how you want your order shipped and to continue with the check-out process. On the Payment Options page you will be provided with a number of payment methods. Select Wire Transfer Payment and then click on the Continue Checkout button. A page with complete details for wiring your payment to us will be provided along with the details of your order. Information for wiring your payment will also be emailed to you. |
| Will you accept a US or International money order? |
Yes. To pay for your order by money order start by selecting the items that you wish to order and add them to your cart. Click on the Go To Checkout button on the cart page to select how you want your order shipped and to continue with the check-out process. On the Payment Options page you will be provided with a number of payment methods. Select Check/Money Order and then click on the Continue Checkout button. Follow the instructions and print out your order details and then mail your bank draft or money order along with the order information to the address provided.

| Will you accept a Purchase Order from our club? |
| Unfortunately we are unable to accept Purchase Orders at the present time. |
| How do I add items to the cart? |
| Just find the item you wish to order in the catalog, enter how many you would like to order in the Quantity box and then click on the Add To Cart button. Your item will be added to the cart and the cart page will be displayed. If you wish to add more items, just click on the Continue Shopping button. |
| How do I add more than one item to the cart? |
| If you are on the cart page, just click on the Continue Shopping button. Alternatively you can click on the Catalog link at the top of every webpage on our site. (It is the link in the gray bar.) |
| I have already placed an order, how do I add to it? |
| You cannot add directly to an order, however you can create a new order and then tell us to ship your new order with your existing order. To do this, simply add the additional items you want to order to the cart. Click on the Go To Checkout button and on the shipping options page we will list all of your outstanding orders that we have not shipped yet. Select the order you want to ship your new order with and we will arrange to combine and ship both orders together. If you have no outstanding orders, then none will be listed and you will have to select a shipping method. |
