Your order will typically be shipped using Small Packet air mail service, for US destinations and Regular Parcel mail service for Canadian destinations, although we may choose to use a trackable shipping method for high value orders.
Small Packet and Regular Parcel mail service are not trackable and have a shipping time of between 4 and 10 business days, but may take longer on occasion. If you need faster delivery or a trackable service, you will need to select and pay for a trackable shipping option.
Duties, import fees, or taxes assessed by your country's customs service or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier are not part of our free shipping offer and are the responsibility of the customer.
