About Fast Tracks Fast Tracks manufactures quality tools & supplies for building model railroads. The company is owned by Quadica Developments Inc. and operated by Tim Warris – the inventor of the Fast Tracks track assembly system and owner/operator of the New Jersey Central - Bronx Terminal. A long time model railroader with an obsession for building highly authentic and realistic layouts, Tim first came up with the idea for track assembly fixtures out of frustration with building accurate and reliable turnouts and crossings by hand. He simply felt that there just had to be a better way. So after a lot of experimenting and trial and error he came up with a solution that worked so well, that he decided to offer the assembly fixtures for sale to other model railroaders. Fast Tracks is not a big company. It is just a small family business that Tim hopes will help offset some of the costs of his real passion; building model railroads.
