We use Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts your information as it is passed to and from us. You can rest assured that your connection is secure if any or all of the following things appear on your browser:
- Padlock Icon: Almost all of the popular web browsers on the market today show a padlock icon when you are on a secured webpage. This icon is typically found along the bottom of the browser window.
- HTTPS in the Address Line: If there is a "s" after "http" in your web address line (or URL), then the webpage is secured. An example would be "https://quadica.com/handlaidtrack/security.html"
- Webpage Properties: If you right-click on a webpage and choose "Properties" (or "View Page Info" if Netscape), you can determine if SSL has been enabled for that page.
