I just used the Rail Bender for the 1st time to make a "Curved" Dual Gauge #6 code 70 and also two HOn3 #6 Code 70 "Curved" turnouts. I have to say that when I set the Rail Bender Gauge, it was pretty darn accurate each time. If there was a slight difference, I contend that the difference was due to the rail tolerances. The Rail Bender actually made the curved turnouts fun to do.
The Rail Bender should be on everyone's work table, it's worth every cent.
