If you are still having problems, then the next option is to try the smaller Video Extracts. These are 'chapters' that have been extracted from the main video and should work if you have a slower connection. You will find these near the bottom of the Documents library.
There are certain times of the day or week that the Internet is busy and you may have trouble viewing a video during that time. (A Friday evening for example.) Try viewing the videos at a different time of day or on a different day of the week.
The number one thing that you can do however is to ensure you are using the most recent version of your browser and Windows Media Player. We have found that this usually solves the majority of problems.
