Half the DVD duplicates the videos for using the Fixtures. Not much new in that section. The section on building a turnout with TwistTies was helpful. Especially the tiny bit on spiking with the ME small spikes. I had given up and ordered my bigger spikes until I learned the trick presented in the video.
