|Can you charge my credit card in my own currency?|
|We are only able to process payments in US Dollars. We do provide a currency converter on our website as a convenience to our customers, however the final charge will always be in US funds.|
|The charge to my credit card is too high.|
|We will only charge your credit card for the exact amount that you pre-authorized when you entered your order on our website. We do not add any surcharges or other fees.
Some banks will add service fees to some credit card transactions. If the total amount charged to your credit card is more than your purchase amount, please contact your bank to find out if they have added additional service fees to the transaction.
|What name will show up on my credit card?|
|Our charge to your credit card will show up as Fast Tracks Hobbyworks Inc. Sometimes the credit card companies will abbreviate our name to Fast Tracks.|
|Do I have to pay sales tax?|
|You only have to pay sales tax if your order will be shipped to a Canadian address.
GST will be applied to all orders destined to a Canadian address. GST/PST will be applied to orders destined to an Ontario address.
|I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.|
|Click on My Account at the top right-hand side of our site, then click on Review orders / track packages, and finally click on the View Order button next to the order that you need a receipt for. Once you are on the order page, click on the Need To Print An Invoice? button.|
|When will my credit appear on my account?|
|We will credit your credit card or PayPal account for returned items on the same day that we receive your return. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your return and the issue of your credit.|
|When will my credit card be charged?|
|We will only charge your credit card after some or all of your order has been shipped.
Note that when you place your order on our website, we will pre-authorize your credit card for the full amount of your order, but not charge your card. The pre-authorization only reserves the purchase amount on your card. Pre-authorizations typically expire after 7 to 10 business days, but we can still charge your card for your order after the pre-authorization has expired.
