Can I fax or mail you my credit card information?
  Yes. To fax or mail your credit card information to us select the Check by Mail payment option. Complete the checkout process and then print out your order details. Enter your credit card information and then fax or mail the printed page to the fax number or address provided on your order receipt.
Can I pick up my order to save on shipping?
  Absolutely! All Fast Tracks products are shipped from Brantford, Ontario, Canada. So if you live in Southwestern Ontario, or will be in the Brantford area, then you can arrange to pick up your order. To arrange for order pick up, select the Customer Pick Up option during checkout. We will email you details about where to pick up your order when your order is ready.
How do I pay by check or money order?
  To pay for your order by check or postal money order select the Check by Mail, or Postal Money Order payment method and complete the checkout process. When you are finished, print out your order receipt and then mail your check or postal money order to the address provided.

Your check or postal money order must be made out in US funds, drawn on a North American bank, and be negotiable internationally. We cannot accept postal money orders that are only negotiable in the USA.

Note: We can only accept postal money orders. We cannot accept bank money orders or Western Union money transfers.
I have already placed an order, can I add to it?
  You cannot add additional products to an order, however you can create a new order and then tell us to ship your new order with your existing order. To do this, simply add the additional items you want to order to the cart and start the checkout process. On the shipping options list select the Ship With My Previous Order option. As long as you have one or more unshipped orders, we will combine your orders together and ship them at the same time.

Note that depending on the size and weight of your additional order, we may need to apply additional shipping charges. We will contact you if we run into any problems with your shipment.
Will my coupon code expire?
  Most coupon codes that we issue do have an expiry date. You will need to contact us at service@fast-tracks.net to determine what the expiry date is.
How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?
  You can purchase gift certificate for someone from here.

If you have received a gift certificate from someone, you can redeem it here.
How do I find a particular product on your website?
  There are a number of ways to find a product you are looking for. but the easiest method is to use the navigation menus on the left hand side of our website to navigate to the product you are looking for. Alternatively you can use our website search function by typing a keyword, part number or phrase in the search box near the top of any webpage.

How do I navigate your website?
  To navigate our website, simply click on a category that you are interested in on the left hand side of any page.

Tip: If you place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link you will notice that the mouse cursor will become a "hand". Anything that is not a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword or part number into the search box at the top of any page to quickly find a specific product.

I have a discount coupon code. How do I use it?
  To use your discount coupon, start by adding the items that you would like to order to the cart. When you are ready to checkout, click on View Cart link at the top of any page. Once at the cart page you will see a Coupon Code box where you can enter your discount code number.

Your discount amount will be automatically applied to your order total.
