Mt. Albert Lumber Yard - HO Scale Limited Edition Craftsman Kit

OK this kit has been allocated space in my stash for the time being so I can only comment on the "visual" bits once the box is opened. So on opening this kit looks a lot like many other Craftsman kits, lots of wood strips some shingles, corrugated siding/roofing, neat roof sign and a couple of aftermarket items, a hand pallet jack and 2 ton truck. But once you dig a little deeper you find a few new ways of doing things. We have a 3D printed Saw, nice touch, I was a little concerned that the blade was not in the package with the saw, until I found it in the laser cut package, panic over. Some of the templates are extremely fine scale, love that! The build process could be a little odd to start with, the instructions tie in with the DVDs pictures, this will help immensely (they say a pic is worth a 1,000 words), but it will mean having your PC/Laptop close by, for me that's a distraction and probably why it takes so long for me to build stuff, yeah my laptop is on the same desk. The instructions seem clear and easy to follow.

An excellent must have kit except...I am an N-Scale Modeler. I would love to see an N version.
