I built my first switch using your code 83, #5 jig, and it is just as easy as you show in the videos. Yes, there were a few mistakes, but I have a very nice looking, functioning switch. I look forward to buying more of your jigs in the future.
I received my jig in the mail yesterday. Once I saw it I wanted to dive right in... but I held back and read the instructions... which were VERY well done and thought out. I built my first turnout tonight, and it came out GREAT!

I have all of the jigs to construct museum quality track along with the many sweep sticks, curved and straight the same with twist ties, turnout twist ties for weys, double slip, three way and double crossovers making track laying a snap.
Your new process for producing copper ties is a Great Leap Forward compared to the old cutoff method. The ties are flat and the edges very clean...minimal filing required.
