Dual gauge assembly fixtures are the most versatile turnout fixture that we offer. A single fixture can be used to build standard HO or HOn3 turnouts, as well as 11 different combinations of dual gauge turnouts. This assembly fixture can be used to construct trackwork for left hand and right hand, single and dual gauge HO/HOn3 turnouts with the narrow gauge track on the ||short hand|| side as shown in the image below.

Dual gauge QuickSticks are available to construct ||short hand|| side dual gauge turnouts shown in the blue shaded area shown in the image below. QuickSticks are also available to for completing HO and HOn3 standard turnouts as shown in the red shaded areas. QuickSticks are not currently available for the versions that are unshaded. You need to purchase standard wood ties to complete these types of turnouts.

To build single gauge HO turnouts, order our standard HO scale, #6 QuickSticks.To build single HOn3 turnouts, you need to order a special version of our HOn3 turnout QuickSticks for dual gauge assembly fixtures. Our standard HOn3 turnout QuickSticks will not work with this fixture.A selection of QuickSticks are also available to construct ||short hand|| side dual gauge turnouts.

If you order a Fast Tracks assembly fixture, we highly recommend that you consider purchasing a matching PointForm points filing tool and StockAid stock rail tool. This will make the construction of the switch and frog points much easier. You may also want to consider adding a bundle of PC Board ties to your order. The HO-HOn3 #6 Dual Gauge Turnout Fixture helps you create the best Dual Gauge turnouts you'll ever use. Each Fixture comes with both right and left hand switches. Anyone building narrow gauge Railroads should know the "left" in the HO-HOn3" #6 Dual Gauge Turnout Fixture pertains to the side of the turnout the narrow gauge track rides. I highly recommend the HO-HOn3 Dual Gauge Turnout fixtures to every Dual Gauge modeler, you will never find a better or smoother operating turnout than Fast Tracks Fixtures produce.
