Your new process for producing copper ties is a Great Leap Forward compared to the old cutoff method. The ties are flat and the edges very clean...minimal filing required.

I received my jig in the mail yesterday. Once I saw it I wanted to dive right in... but I held back and read the instructions... which were VERY well done and thought out. I built my first turnout tonight, and it came out GREAT!
Great product and even better step by step instructions!!! I am just jumping back into the hobby after a 20 year break. Never dreamed of making my own turnouts but HOn3 is pretty limited.
