I have all of the jigs to construct museum quality track along with the many sweep sticks, curved and straight the same with twist ties, turnout twist ties for weys, double slip, three way and double crossovers making track laying a snap.

Your new process for producing copper ties is a Great Leap Forward compared to the old cutoff method. The ties are flat and the edges very clean...minimal filing required.
I built my first switch using your code 83, #5 jig, and it is just as easy as you show in the videos. Yes, there were a few mistakes, but I have a very nice looking, functioning switch. I look forward to buying more of your jigs in the future.

Working carefully I am now making a turnout in about 45 minutes. The jig has cut down my costs in the number of turnouts I need and as my club needs to replace about 60 No.6 Shinohara turnouts this jig is going to make the replacements with ease.
I have struggled with Soldering over the years and have not been able to find really good advice until I watched your videos. I am now feeling very confident and your statement that flux is vital to soldering vindicates my experience.
