I have no soldering experience or hand laying experience but after 2 hours I had a decent looking #6 turnout. Was second guessing code 55 but it was much easier than I thought.

In my opinion Fast Tracks products are... GREAT... and i can get a far superior turnout with their jig than any other pre-made product. If you are on the fence about getting into making your own track, I say do it!

The Ultimate Track Gauge
I have now built and installed about 12 S/Sn3 dual gauge turnouts, and Sn3 #6 turnouts. I still have about 10 to go. Each and everyone is perfectly in gauge and, as a result, operates flawlessly.
I have been ordering products from Fast Tracks for years. I was introduced to them by an art print that they sold & I checked out their products. I have purchased the sweep sticks and they were a life saver for me.
