Your new process for producing copper ties is a Great Leap Forward compared to the old cutoff method. The ties are flat and the edges very clean...minimal filing required.

I have now built and installed about 12 S/Sn3 dual gauge turnouts, and Sn3 #6 turnouts. I still have about 10 to go. Each and everyone is perfectly in gauge and, as a result, operates flawlessly.

I built my first switch using your code 83, #5 jig, and it is just as easy as you show in the videos. Yes, there were a few mistakes, but I have a very nice looking, functioning switch. I look forward to buying more of your jigs in the future.

I somehow purchased two Sn3 PointForm 70-100 rail size tools. Fast Tracks allowed me to return one in exchange for a Sn3 PointForm 40-55 rail size tool.
I tried forming a set of points in code 55. It works great!
