Used in place of code 70 with code 70 ME rails. A bit snug but they provide a strong hold. If one uses an assembly fixture, it is better to slide rail joiner into place first and solder PC board after. Putting too much stress on rail joiner once rail is soldered to PC board may break soldering. Same is true when spiking rails. The best approach is to join all rails needed for a given length first and then proceed with spiking.
